  • Where are the Events Hosted?

We team up with local venues so each event series is at a different local venue. This allows you to support local businesses while you explore Denver from your yoga mat. 

  • Do I need to sign up ahead of time?

Some of our events do sell out, if you want to gaurantee that we will have space for you we encourage you to sign up ahead of time

  • Do you offer Monthly Memberships?

Yes we do! We offer a discounted membership that allows you into a majority of our events for only $75 this is offered in a monthly reoccurring option or our grounded growth 1 month only package.

  • What does Sliding Scale mean?

It means pay what you can - $15 - 30

This way you can pick a price that works for you! 

  • Cancelation / No Show Policy

Yoga Social – Ticket, Transfer, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Effective Date: [May, 02, 2025]

1. Ticket Purchase & Refunds

  • Non-Refundable Tickets & Final Sales:
    All tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If you purchase a class at the regular price, there will be no payment adjustments, credits, or refunds. All sales are final.

 

2. One-Time Class Transfer

  • Eligibility:
    Most classes allow a one-time transfer for a fee.

    • The classes that are non-refundable or transferable are as followed: 

      • 🐐 Baby Goat Yoga

      • 🐶 Adoptable Puppy Yoga

      • 🐰 Bunny Yoga

      • 🐠 Yoga at the Aquarium

      • 🌿 Yoga at the Botanic Gardens

      • Immersive Journey Through Meditation

  • Notice Requirement:
    To qualify for a transfer, you must notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled start of your class via Email : Info@yogasocial.org

  • Transfer Fee:
    A transfer fee of $5 will apply to any class transfers. 

  • Price Difference:
    If there is a difference in the class price when transferring from one class to another, you will be charged an additional fee to cover the difference.

  • How to Request a Transfer:
    To request a transfer, please email info@yogasocial.org with details of the class you are transferring from and the class you wish to attend.

  • Important:
    Each ticket is eligible for one transfer only. Transfer requests made after the 12‑hour notice period may be subject to additional fees or will be treated as a cancellation.

 

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Avoiding a Penalty:
    To avoid a penalty, you must update your reservation at least 12 hours before the start time.

  • Cancellation Fee:
    If you cancel your reservation within 12 hours of the class start time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $10.00.

  • No-Show Fee:
    If you do not attend your scheduled class without 2 hour notification via email, a no-show fee may be applied of $10

Note: Exercising your one-time transfer option in accordance with Section 2 may serve as an alternative to incurring cancellation or no-show fees, provided the transfer request is made within the required timeframe.

 

4. Non-Transferable Classes

The following classes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable:

  • 🐐 Baby Goat Yoga

  • 🐶 Adoptable Puppy Yoga

  • 🐰 Bunny Yoga

  • 🐠 Yoga at the Aquarium

  • 🌿 Yoga at the Botanic Gardens

 

5. Additional Considerations

  • Emergencies & Special Circumstances:
    We understand that unforeseen events can occur. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of Yoga Social management.

  • Availability:
    Transfers, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to class availability. Please review upcoming events at yogasocial.org to select an alternate class that fits your schedule.

  • Policy Updates:
    Yoga Social reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

  •  Can I sign a guest up or a Group?

Our Software was made to sign people up individually. If you would like to sign a friend up you are more than welcome to - Please keep in mind Memberships & Class Packs are not shareable. This means you will need to either buy tickets one at a time, if you have a larger group send us an email to info@YogaSocial.org & we can create an invoice for you to make your life easier!

  • Can I Bring my Dog?

Service animals are welcome, however pets are not. Please be respectful of everyones experience as some people may be allergic to service animals. Events such as puppy yoga service animals & pets are not encouraged. As puppies could potentially not be fully unvaccinated. Posing a health risk for all pets at the event. 

  • Do you have Extra Yoga Mats I can Barrow?

We encourage guests to bring their own yoga mats. We do have a few extra mats available first come first serve. If you need a mat please make sure to show up early!
