Join us for Mat Pilates on Tap, a donation-based Pilates class blending fitness, fun, and community vibes right in the heart of Denver at Bierstadt Lagerhaus!

 

When: Select Tuesday Nights, 5:30 PM – 6:45 PM

This all-levels-friendly class

 

What to Expect:

  • A rejuvenating Pilates session focusing on core strength, flexibility, and posture

  • Benefits include stress management, better breathing, and improved balance and mobility

Post-Class Perks:

  • $5 beers exclusively for attendees

  • Bierstadt’s full kitchen serving delicious bites

  • Social hour to connect with the community

  • A raffle 30 minutes after class with prizes from our amazing sponsors
